Fragile Future

I will take you there,
I will
Hold you by your hand
Our fragile earth shakes now,
But trust in Him,
Tomorrow we will stand
What is this world,
But breaths and dust,
Rustling in the wind
And live we must.
I will take you there.
I may not know the future,
But it will sure come to know me.

-Fragile dream-, I'm afraid.

Remember when we had a conversation once (on your blog) debating whether a "perfect" mate exists?(perfect Eves or Adams), remember? Well, I take back every word I said. And now (wayyy late I know), believe that you're right , there is no such thing as perfect persons (except the infalibles, ma3someen) other than them mako!..Love's blindness or whatever its called made me believe back then that not only does that person exist but that I found them...Alas, idiocy? call it whatever you want but my opinion back then was nothing but unrealistic....Man, I DO hate life today...and men..

Hummm, fragile dream eh? can't say i disagree--

though i admit :( i am taken back by your pessimism; it was refreshing at least to know that some people have found that 'perfect' mate. I don't think there is a 'perfect' anything in this world. But now more than ever, i am of the firm belief that some souls are better suited for some than others. Some souls flourish together, they compliment each other and are congruent more than they are out-of-sync. I think that's what is pertinent in any union. That's as close as it gets to so called 'perfection'. To expect more than that out of life is to grasp at straws really.

So long as there is room for love and spiritual cohesion; perfection if anything is a journey, much less a start or a destination.

love and peace

Sorry for my very depressing comment of yesterday...Now that my mind is a little more stable let me rephrase...True fragile dream, but remember dear bro, some dreams do come true, I'm sure you witnessed a few...However that perfection thing, let's just take "khayrul umoori awsatoha" and say that perfect matches exist however that does not mean they are perfect themselves, they just , as you said, complete each other in many different ways and "click" together which makes them perfect to be together. Now every problem that's going to happen between them (and problems are a must in this world) each one of them will think again about their belief of "perfect mate"...We just have to understand that perfect mates and infallibles are two different things. A person can be totally your second half as they say but laa yakhlaa min alkhata'i.

And that refreshing feeling you got about some people who found their perfect mate, count me one of them. You'll just need to take my bad days comments less seriously lol.
